Return your order

How does the ALL FREE option work for UK orders?

Buying in the UK is easier than it seems. Below, we explain how the process works and what you need to know about taxes and customs clearance.

Purchases Under £135

If your order is less than £135, you do not need to pay customs clearance or VAT. Your purchase is free of additional charges, so you will only need to pay for the product and shipping, if applicable.

Purchases Over £135

If your order exceeds £135, you will need to pay VAT at customs in the destination country. When placing your order, the VAT will be deducted from the total price.

Once your order arrives at customs, you will receive a notification to pay the previously deducted amount. This ensures that your order is processed without additional charges.

 

1. The tax amount will be deducted in your cart, but you will need to pay it later upon arrival at customs

2. Invoice for the order with VAT deduction. It shows how the VAT is deducted at the time of purchase.

If you would like to return your order you have 15 days from the date you received it.

* Orders placed in Black Friday and December have the exchange period extended until January 10th

You need to follow the below steps:

-Get in contact with us at clients@mimaostyle.com and we will manage it immediately. 

-You will then receive two emails: one directly from miMaO Customer Support Team that will inform you that we have received your request. A second one with the shipping company, the tracking number and the link to downloiad the return label, so you can go to the access point of your convenience.  

* All products returned are subject to Mimao´s Return Policy specified as follows.

*The first return or exchange is free. The second return or exchange is £5 for shipping.

* A £5 fee will be deducted from the refund if three or more pairs are returned from the same order, applicable upon receipt of the shoes. 

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange products or sizes, you have 15 days from the date you received the order. You need to follow the below steps:

-Get in contact with us at clients@mimaostyle.com we will manage it immediately.

-You will then receive two emails: one directly from miMaO Customer Support Team that will inform you that we have received your request. A second one with the shipping company, the tracking number and the link to download the return label, so you can go to the access point of your convenience.

- You will receive the new pair of shoes in 2 to 6 working days after the exchange has been processed and the returned item is picked by the shipping company.

* All products returned are subject to Mimao´s Return Policy specified as follows.

 

Refunds

- If you need to return your order, you will be refunded in the same payment method used in the purchase. No fees for shipping will be paid unless you are returning 3 or more pairs of the same order as stated in this exchange and returns policy.

- Second exchanges or returns has a £5 fee to be paid before processed the exchange or deducted from the refund in the case of a return

-If the parcel arrives in a very bad condition and the shoes are damaged, you will have 5 days to let us know by email and attach a photo so that we can make a claim to the shipping company. After this period, we will not admit any complaint.

-The exchange or return of products that have been used is not allowed. We can not refund up to 100% of the amount of the purchase in the case of receiving a clearly used product.

- In the case of bracelets, the return will cost £5 of shipping cost.

-For the exchange of an article that is defective, you have 5 days to let miMaO know and you will have to send a photo of the article vía mail. If after 15 days from receipt you see that the purchased article is faulty, you will have to proof that it is a manufacturing defect and that it is not the result of misuse, attempted repair by the client, or deterioration due to wear and tear.

Forbeshoes' Quality Control Department will then make a decision on whether or not to accept the exchange or refund.
