This agreement refers to the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of products from FORBESHOES S.L., hereinafter referred to as Mimao, through the website www.mimaostyle.com. Mimao reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at the sole discretion of Mimao.
Read this agreement carefully. By using the website to purchase Mimao products, you must be bound to comply with the terms and conditions in this agreement, and declare that you are over eighteen years old to subscribe. This agreement includes important information about your rights and obligations, as well as the limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
Mimao makes no warranties with respect to the products you may purchase on this website and the liability of Mimao is limited as provided in that section.
1. Consent for the use of electronic documents
You hereby agree to the exchange of information and documents between you and Mimao via the website or by email, and this Agreement in electronic form will be equivalent to an original agreement on paper and in writing between us. You further agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement and that such communications will be made in writing form.
2. Other documents, agreements and policies
The use of this website is governed by the terms of the website and by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read the other policies and agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this agreement shall supersede and prevail over the other policies. In the event of discrepancies between the terms of this Agreement and the Other Policies, the terms of this agreement shall govern. 3. Order
Before placing the order in Mimao´s website, you will be shown an order confirmation screen that describes, among other things, the products that are requested, purchase price and charges applicable for shipping and taxes. When you place an order, it will mean the confirmation to Mimao on your behalf, to buy the product(s) described in the order confirmation, for the price, subject to other charges, and according to the terms and conditions established in said order confirmation. Orders are not binding for Mimao until they are accepted by Mimao. The acceptance of Mimao of your order is evidenced by an email from Mimao that indicates that your order has been accepted.
4. Cancellation
Mimao reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit quantities, close accounts and reject or cancel any order, even after the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. In the event that your order is canceled after processing the payment, Mimao will issue a full refund.
5. Prices
All prices indicated are payable in EUROS. Although Mimao strives to provide accurate information about products and prices, errors can occur. Mimao reserves the right to correct any error in the price or product information and modify the prices of the products, at any time and without prior notice. In case the price or information related to a product (as described on the website www.mimaostyle.com) is incorrect due to an error in the price or product information, Mimao may, in its sole discretion, reject or cancel your order, either before or after the acceptance of this by Mimao. If there is an error in the price, Mimao will cancel your order and revoke any charge that has been applied, and then will contact you to ask you to make a new order of the product with the correct price.
6. Terms of payment
The payment terms will be determined at the exclusive discretion of Mimao. Payment will be made by credit card unless Mimao accepts some other payment method previously agreed. All payments made by credit card are subject to approval by the financial institution that issued the credit card.
7. Product availability
The availability of certain products may be limited, and the products may not be available for immediate delivery. Mimao may review or discontinue the availability of any product at any time and without prior notice. In the event that Mimao cannot deliver a requested product due to a lack of availability, Mimao will notify you by email and your order will be automatically canceled with respect to the unavailable product, with the condition that Mimao may, at its discretion, communicate with you in order to allow you to keep your order subject to a revised delivery time, as long as the product is available again.
Products available for sale and / or distribution by Mimao are available only in the countries specified on the website.
8. Shipping; taxes
Mimao will be responsible for sending the products ordered by you according to the delivery method you have chosen and to the address given in the order confirmation. Mimao will only be responsible for sending the products to the addresses located in the available countries. Delivery times indicated by Mimao are estimates only. Mimao will not be responsible for any damage or cost generated by a delay in delivery.
Unless otherwise indicated, all quoted prices do not include shipping fees.
If you return an item for your refund, you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs you paid.
9. Property; risk of loss
All products purchased from Mimao will be delivered to you by an external delivery company, in accordance with a shipping contract. Because the delivery of your order can be affected by many events beyond the control of Mimao once it leaves our premises, Mimao is not responsible for delays in delivery. However, Mimao will work with you to ensure smooth delivery.
10. Returns
All products returned are subject to Mimao's Return Policy specified as follows.
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it. You will be refunded in the original payment method; shipping costs will not be refunded.

Should you have any queries, you can get in contact from Monday to Friday from 09am to 19pm.
The exchanges made on products that we have in stock will take 48/72 hours to be managed.
The return or exchange of products that have been used is not allowed. We will charge up to 100% of the amount of the purchase in the case of receiving a clearly used product.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of reception.
11. Export laws
Products sold or delivered under this agreement will be subject to the laws and regulations for export control of Spain. You agree to comply at all times with all those laws and regulations. You will defend and exempt Mimao harmless from any claims, damages or liabilities resulting from breach of the foregoing.
12. Headers
The headings of this Agreement are inserted solely for your convenience and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
13. Non-assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to other people without the express written consent of Mimao.
Legal link
This Agreement will be beneficial and binding for each of the parties here to and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
14. Integrity of the contract
This Agreement, together with all other agreements, terms or conditions incorporated or referred in this contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mimao in relation to the use of this website and any transaction made on this website, and replaces any prior understanding or agreement (whether electronic, verbal or written).
15. Non-waiver clause
The inability of Mimao to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to respond to the non-compliance of this Agreement by you or a third party will in no way render Mimao the right to subsequently enforce any of the terms and conditions contained herein, or to act regarding similar infractions.
