Forbeshoes, SL, hereinafter miMaO, is going to carry out a commercial action in which all natural persons over 18 years of age, miMaO clients, who meet the conditions established in these bases (hereinafter, the promotion) may participate. .

The promotion is nationwide and consists of holding a single raffle among the customers identified above, who meet the conditions required in these bases, with the prize to be raffled off:

1. The duration of the promotion will be from November 15, 2019 to December 2, 2019, both inclusive (hereinafter the promotional period).

  1. All those orders placed on the miMaO.es website that meet the following conditions will participate in the promotion:
  • - People over 18 who buy on the miMaO.es website from November 15, 2019 to December 2, 2019.
  • Each pair of shoes included in the order is an entry for the raffle.
  • Orders that are returned from November 15, 2019 to December 20, 2019, will lose their right to participate in the draw, as the sale has not been satisfactorily closed.
  1. Winning customers may not request the exchange of the assigned promotional gift for another gift.
  1. The result of the draw, indicating the winning customers, will be available to customers on the miMaO.es WEB page. Likewise, said result will be communicated to the winner, by telephone communication, letter delivered by hand or by sending a certified letter to the address of the client that is in the possession of miMaO.
  1. The draw will take place on December 23, 2019.
